Hun Many, Chairman of the Permanent Committee of the Central Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, with the participation of His Excellency, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen, distinguished guests, members of the Federation of Democratic Intellectuals of Cambodia (Group 22) at the Chroy Changva International Convention and Exhibition Center (OCIC)
